We built the CRM we always wished we had

Kanhaxy started with a familiar problem. Our founding team had spent years running sales and support inside CRMs that were expensive, rigid and painful to use. Reps updated records grudgingly, managers stitched reports together in spreadsheets, and important follow-ups quietly slipped away.

We were convinced it did not have to be this way. Software had moved on, and a new generation of AI could finally take on the repetitive work that made CRMs feel like a chore. So we began building a platform around a single idea: the tool should do more of the work, not the person using it.

We shipped an early version to a handful of teams, listened closely and rebuilt the parts that got in the way. That habit of listening still shapes every release. Kanhaxy now brings sales, marketing and service onto one system, with AI handling the busywork in the background.

We are still a focused, independent team, and we like it that way. It keeps us close to the people who use Kanhaxy every day and honest about what we build next.
